Last night Emmy said, "Mom, when I grow up I'm going to be a mommy." I told her she would be a great mom. Then she said, "I'm going to be just like you."

Got to be the best late Mother's Day gift ever. I must be doing something right!

My 3 favorite things about Emmy

Here are my 3 favorite things about my now 3 year old baby girl (It's her birthday today)

1) Every time I put her to bed/nap she asks me a food related question. She loves to eat.

2) She spends most of her day singing about what she is doing. Future Broadway star?

3) She has a smile and a personality that just makes you happy. The more Emmy time I get the happier I am.

Swimming Lessons Success!

Jack competed Preschool 2 swimming lessons tonight. He had a lot of fun plus gained a lot of confidence in the water. Looking forward to the Ames Aquatic Center this summer!
